How can I become a customer?

Lumberg Netherlands sells exclusively to business (B2B) customers. We do not sell to consumers. This is why you only see gross prices before you create a login.

I have created a new account but I do not see any prices yet

After you have completed the account creation form, we will contact you as soon as possible to approve your account.

Before then, you will not be able to see prices or place orders.

I had a login for the old website, but I cannot login to the new website

Because we switched to an entirely new platform for the webshop, it was not possible to take your old account with you. For this reason we ask you to create a new login.

I cannot find the product I am looking for.

If the product you need is not in the search results of our web shop, chances are we can still deliver it. Click on the Live Chat button during office hours to get direct technical support from one of our product specialists.

Delivery date and stock info

At the moment, we do not show current stocks on the web shop. During the order process we will confirm to you in writing (via email) the number of products we have in stock.

The date you then receive from us is the indicative delivery date on which we can deliver the products at the time you order them from us.

The delivery dates we give are indicative and based on our past experience of purchasing these products.

Can I retrieve my user name?

If you have forgotten the username for your account, you can easily request it from us. It will then be sent to the e-mail address registered in your profile.

How can I change my password?

If you want to create a new password, you can do this easily in My Account under the tab account details as shown below:

If you have forgotten your password, you can always create a new one by clicking on “forgot your password”.

Can I speak to someone about an order I have placed?

How can I return the goods to Lumberg Netherlands?

When returning products, please ask our sales department for an RMA number. Once you have received the RMA number, we will send you instructions on how to pack the return package.

How can I change my order if I have made a mistake?

If you notice an error in the order after it has been submitted, please call our sales department as soon as possible on 010-5216255.

It may no longer be possible to change the order before it is dispatched. By contacting us as soon as possible, you have the greatest chance of us being able to change the order before it is dispatched.

Order status/quotation request

In the “my account” section, select the “orders” option. You will then see a list of current orders/quote requests and the corresponding status as shown below

If you see the status “Quote Request” for an order, then the order has not yet been fully entered and confirmed.

Can I also have a cable made to measure?

As a connectivity expert, we can imagine that you need a cable that is not standardly available.

For this reason we have created a special form in which you can specify the type of cable and its length as well as the desired connector for both sides.
