De LioN-S passieve module, met 12 poorten en LED-indicatoren, is ontworpen voor veelzijdige en betrouwbare industriële connectiviteitsoplossingen. Het past bij M8, 3-polige, A-gecodeerde connectoren met één I/O per poort, wat het ideaal maakt voor consistente en georganiseerde bedradingsconfiguraties. De module heeft een behuizing gemaakt van duurzaam PBT + ASA-materiaal en is ontworpen om een breed operationeel temperatuurbereik van -25°C tot 70°C te weerstaan, waardoor prestaties onder verschillende omgevingsomstandigheden worden gewaarborgd. De IP67-classificatie zorgt voor robuuste bescherming tegen stof en water, wat betrouwbaarheid biedt in veeleisende industriële omgevingen. Daarnaast zijn er groene en gele LED-statusindicatoren om snel de systeem- en poortstatus te identificeren. Deze kenmerken gecombineerd met naleving van CE-, RoHS- en China RoHS-voorschriften maken de LioN-S een betrouwbare keuze voor verschillende automatiseringstoepassingen zoals fabrieksautomatisering en procesbesturing.
