De M12 Standaard Sensor/Actuator Receptacle Connector is een betrouwbare oplossing voor het verbinden van sensoren en actuatoren in industriële omgevingen. Ontworpen met een mannelijke connector en voorzijde montage, beschikt het over een M12 aansluiting met gevlochten draden aan de verbindingszijde. Deze 5-pins, A-gecodeerde connector komt in een duurzame, metallic grijze behuizing en ondersteunt 50 V AC / 60 V DC en een stroom van 4 A. Door zijn ongeschermde ontwerp en nikkel-plated behuizing wordt duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid gegarandeerd, ideaal voor uiteenlopende toepassingen.
De connector is ontworpen voor eenvoudige installatie, gebruikmakend van een soldeer verbindingstype, en biedt robuuste weerstand met een contactweerstand van minder dan 10 mOhm en een isolatieweerstand groter dan 10^9 Ohm. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 100 koppelcycli, waardoor het geschikt is voor herhaald gebruik. Met beschermingsniveaus van IP65, IP67 en IP69K kan deze connector zware omgevingsomstandigheden weerstaan wanneer hij correct is gemonteerd en vergrendeld.
Toepassingen voor deze veelzijdige connector omvatten verschillende sensor-actuator systemen, waardoor naadloze verbinding mogelijk is in veeleisende industriële automatiseringsinstellingen. De connector voldoet aan de RoHS-eisen en werkt efficiënt binnen een temperatuurbereik van -25°C tot +85°C.
