A flexible, shielded, and flame-retardant Bus Wire. This cable is designed for industrial mechanical and plant engineering applications, meeting increased requirements, especially suitable for use in cable carriers (drag chains) and movable machine parts. The wire features a construction of 2x0.25mm² plus 2x0.34mm², with tinned copper wires according to DIN EN 13602. The wire's insulation includes foam-skin PE and PE or PP, ensuring no adhesion between cores. The overall shielding includes an Al-PT foil and a mesh shield, with a PUR outer jacket that is halogen-free. The cable is flame-retardant and has good resistance to microbes and hydrolysis, plasticizer diffusion-free, and is suitable for high mechanical stress. It operates at temperatures from -50°C to +80°C when stationary and -25°C to +80°C when flexible, with a nominal voltage up to 300V. Additionally, it complies with various international standards such as UL/CSA, and is RoHS and Reach compliant.
