Lumberg Netherlands exclusively sells to business (B2B) customers. We do not sell to consumers. This is why you only see gross prices before creating an account.

If the product you need does not appear in our webshop search results, there is a good chance we can still supply it.

At the moment, we do not display real-time stock information on our webshop. During the order process, we will confirm the number of products we have in stock via email.

The date you receive from us is an estimated delivery date, indicating when we expect to deliver the products if you place an order with us. These delivery dates are approximate and based on our past experience with sourcing these products.


If you have forgotten your account username, you can easily request it from us. We will send the username to the email address registered in your profile.

To create a new password, simply go to 'My Account' under the 'Your Profile' tab, as shown below.

To return products, please contact our sales department to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you have received the RMA number, we will provide you with instructions on how to package and return the items.

If you discover a mistake in your order after it has been submitted, please contact our sales department as soon as possible at 010-5216255.

While it may not always be possible to change the order before it is shipped, contacting us immediately gives you the best chance of having the order adjusted before it is dispatched.


As a connectivity expert, we often receive requests for custom-made cables that are not available as standard products. Therefore, we have developed a special form where you can specify the type of cable, the desired length, and the specific connectors for both ends. Additionally, you can upload your own technical specifications with your request if needed.
