We understand that you might occasionally have a question about a product you just found in our new webshop, but that picking up the phone right away might feel like a big step. For that reason, we now offer the option to quickly ask your question via the live chat on our website.

During office hours, the web chat will be answered by one of our advisors. You’ll be speaking with a real person, not a chatbot, so don’t hesitate to ask your questions. Outside of office hours or during busy times, you can leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
