The Fast Ethernet Cat5e Data Double-Ended Cordset is designed for demanding industrial applications, particularly in railway systems. It features male straight D-coded black M12 Railway connectors on both ends, ensuring a secure and robust connection. The cordset is shielded to protect against electromagnetic interference, supporting data transmission at Fast Ethernet Cat5e speeds of 100 Mbit/s. It is rated for voltages of 50 V AC / 60 V DC and currents up to 4 A. The X-FRNC black cable is durable, flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0), and halogen-free, with a conductor size of 0.34 mm² and four wires colored yellow, white, orange, and blue. The double-ended design and high IP ratings (IP65, IP67, IP69K) make this cordset suitable for harsh environments in industrial and transportation settings. The connectors feature coupling screws and are made from nickel-plated CuZn for enhanced durability. The insulation resistance is higher than 10^9 Ohm and the contact resistance is up to 10 mOhm, ensuring excellent electrical performance.
